Watching Message Oriented Films Also Part OF Education: BALASREE AWARDEE KIRANMAYEE

“Watching message-oriented films is also part of education. Parents should encourage their children to participate in extra-curricular activities maximum extent besides giving importance to their studies”, said Bala Ratna and Bala Sree awardee Kumari Kiranmayee. 

Interacting with the media today at the Media Centre of ongoing 18th International Children’s Film Festival in Hyderabad,she said nowadays parents are giving more importance to studies and putting unnecessary pressure on their children. 

Kiranmayee, who was the Jury member during the 17th International Children’s Film Festival, said the films selected this time are more message-oriented, theme-oriented and thrilling. 

Kumari Kiranmayee was selected for Bala Ratna and Bala Sree awards for her painting works. She also found place in Limca Book Of Records, Amazon Book of Records besides receiving several scholarships.
